In the event a scheduled course is cancelled by Wardlaw Claims Training Center, a full refund will be provided.
Should a scheduled participant be unable to attend a course, they may contact Wardlaw Claims Training Center in advance for a courtesy transfer to a future course, or they may send a participant to take their place for the scheduled course. Courtesy transfers must be used within one year of the original class beginning date and the original amount paid will be transferred to the new class balance.
Should a participant need to cancel attendance, Wardlaw Claims Training Center will provide a full refund if the cancellation request is received eight days or more before the course begins. If the cancellation request is received seven days or less before the course begins, the participant will be liable for 25% of the entire course fee.

All class attendance, education records and course materials will be handled according to the rules and regulations of the Texas Department of Insurance.
